Where is my Hopper Deck?

The long and short of it is that 4/5ths of our first shipment of decks evaporated while in transit to us. Thanks DHL! The carton that did get through went to the wrong end of the country and had to be rerouted. All of which has lead to a really frustrating delay in getting them out to you. For this we are deeply sorry.

Now the good news: We are shipping out the decks we have received and we are having another run of decks produced. We will receive the second run on 23 July. We will immediately resume shipping decks to you.

We are really gratified to see the level of enthusiasm you’ve had for our work. Frankly it’s been a little scary to see the orders pile up. The learning curve we’ve experienced has been steep and we are working hard to apply the lessons learned. We hope you’ll stick with us for another week. You will be able to keep up with our progress here on our our blog. It was fantastic to meet so many of you at the Games. We hope the blog will be a way to continue those conversations and meet some of you that have placed online orders. Thank you again for your support!
